This room is one of 3 spares in my home. It is furnished with the basics and a mini-fridge. The kitchen area is shared and roomies must provide their own dishes and cleaning supplies. Internet is not included and your share of the bills is due every 2 weeks (350 biweekly) - A deposit of 350 is required and will pay the last 2 weeks when you leave.

The home is very close to all fast food, shopping, restaurants and the mall in Amherst, it’s great for walking distances and the neighbors are great.

I work full time as a producer in video production/games. I’ve had a few people come and go and it’s always been great. This is a great place for newcomers settling while they are finding an apartment or a home.
