Hi, I’m Jaeden, a 20-year-old entering my third year at Carleton. I’m a nerd who enjoys watching shows, playing games, and spending time on my computer. I also collect fragrances and love Rubik’s Cubes. I’m quiet and clean but can be social and will match your energy. I’m looking for two roommates (any gender) to sign a lease with me. The rent is $2800, which averages around $933 per person, but the exact amount may vary slightly depending on the room size, which we can discuss. First and last required and we need at least one cosigner for the whole lease. Laundry and basic appliances are in the unit but everything else is unfurnished so we’d have to work together to make the place homey. Hydro, gas, and internet are on us. I have a PS5 also so if we pool together to get a TV for the living room, anyone can use my console! Looking for other students or someone just starting their career, age range ideally 18-25!
