Private room for rent with your own private 3 piece washroom and walk in wardrobe in a modern 2 bedroom condo. The room does not have a window but it is ventilated and the condo is cool in the summer.
The condo is 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. CN tower view from the balcony, swimming pool, fitness studio, pool, bbq and outdoor patio Located on bathurst and front st near the entertainment district
$1375 PM plus utilities First and last rent, credit score and 2 pay stubs or employment letter required.
Room is unfurnished however I will be happy to sell the bed and mattress (mattress is a year old and has had a mattress protector on it).
About the roomies
You will only be sharing the living space with ONE other quiet young professional woman who already lives here. So another girl is preferred (no couples or pets unfortunately).
