URGENT ‼️‼️Private room!!! For starting Sept 1. Rent is 700$ with utilities. ‼️‼️ONLY FEMALES‼️‼️ pet friendly, smoke friendly, shared living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Driveway but cost extra. Bus stop right in front and the 88 bus stop just down the street, near Algonquin, next to IKEA on Iris. Let me know if interested! Rent will be 715$ starting in NOV. first and last months rent required and room not furnished. Also needs a criminal background check, if you have one in the last 6 months that will work too.
About the roomies
The 2 keep to themselves and are rarely seen but the other comes out often for tea and is very nice and welcoming, will give out cookies and order pizza sometimes, overall very lovely lady. Everyone is very clean as well.
