Hey! I’ve got 2 bedrooms for rent in my 3 bedroom upstairs suite in a house in Dunbar. I’ve been living here for 2 years and have absolutely loved it. We have beautiful front and back yards as well as a functional, spacious kitchen and large living and dining rooms.

A little about me:

I’m Emma… I am 24 and starting my 5th year of a dual degree - Bachelors of Music (piano) and Bachelors of Education. I do have a piano here so you’d need to be ok with hearing a bit of practice now and then, although I prefer to practice when no one is home. I am from the interior of BC and have lived here in the city for 4 years. I value a calm living space and healthy communication.
