Looking for 2 roommates! Like-minded young professionals who are tired of living in a shoebox. Sharing a very big beautiful home. It would pretty much be like having your own apartment in a house. There would be 3 of sharing this space.

Study/home office + bedroom - $1500. 2 available

I have 2 units available that come with their individual study/home office. Unfurnished. One year lease preferred.

Option A: bigger room, and the study/office is smaller and has a balcony

Option B: 2 medium sized rooms, design layout yourself

Bathroom is shared (with one person).

Laundry in the basement. Ultilities and internet included, water is extra (comes every 3 months).
