Spacious room on the second floor of house unit. Located a 5min. walk from downtown and a grocery store (& right next to a corner store). Shared kitchen, living room, in-unit laundry on the main floor. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators, a microwave, and a dishwasher that we communally use. There’s two bathrooms total in the unit, the main floor one is primarily used by the people downstairs and the other is on the same floor as the room. It is really only shared with one other person. The lease is 8 months (until April 31, 2026) and is able to be renewed.

We have one cat in the unit currently, who is very affectionate. One of our roommates has a severe fish allergy and another has tree nut allergies, so we try to be mindful of that :). Other than that, there are 4 other people in the house, mostly students, ages 19 to 21, everyone is very friendly and welcoming.
