I am looking for a private room in a house with my own bathroom. I prefer not to share a bedroom or bathroom. A quiet and clean environment is important for me. Also, please add that I am looking for an independent, affordable place that is close to SkyTrain and grocery stores. Since I live alone and I am busy with full-time studies and part-time work, I prefer a quiet environment as I am a very calm person.
About the roomies
I do not need a furnished place as I have everything I need. I am only looking for a home where the landlord is a kind and honest person, who takes care of any issues on time and hands over a clean house. I will also make sure to return the house in the same clean and good condition at the end of my lease.
