This bedroom is on the second floor shared with 3 bedrooms-3 people, and 2 bathrooms. Your room has a big bright, sunny window with a lovely view, a closet, a queens size bed and newer bed frame. It has a closet and is a good size room. Shared laundry and kitchen.

The house features 3 living rooms, a breakfast nook with a lovely view. There is an entire floor that is a massive indoor garden with trees trees and more trees and plants. It also includes a large koy pond, and many different sitting areas. The house is very large and easy to get lost in. There are plenty of areas to have on your own through out the house. There is a 1600sqr foot granite deck at the back of the house, and another closed in deck on the second floor, over looking the city sky!

The most important roomates are, the, mature, lovely lady of the house, and her 27yr old goffin cockatoo. She is a ‘hilarious hoot’, an animal lover, artistic wine drinker and likes to have gatherings of friend over for an occasional dinner party or barbeque. She is in the 4th bedroom downstairs.

The gathering of people here are from various ages and backgrounds. You will never be bored here thats for sure. We are mainly retired, but have our own projects going on the side, that keep us busy. We have a peaceful light energy here where we strive to be harmonious together. We have a positive team attitude.
