Hi there! I’m looking for a like-minded, respectful roommate to share my cozy 2-bedroom + office apartment. The room will be available October 1st (with some flexibility) for a 1-year lease.

About the Apartment: -$500/month plus utilities (we will split hydro+internet) water is included

-1 private bedroom (unfurnished) in a 2 bed + office layout

-Shared bathroom

-Laundry in building

-Street parking available

-accessibility: 2 flights of stairs (the unit is on the second story of the house)

Pets: Open to a roommate with one cat (with a deposit), as long as you’re comfortable with a slow introduction process. My cat can take a little while to warm up but has lived with another cat before.
