Semi-furnished (does not need to come furnished) room in house with 3 other roommates, myself included. Room is on the top floor, with 2 other rooms and 1 in the basement. 2 bathrooms, only 1 shower. Storage space on main floor, basement and in garage if needed. Shared accommodations, fully loaded kitchen with large fridge/freezer (deep freeze in basement if needed), microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, glassware, pot & pans, etc… living room with 75 inch TV on main floor, backyard with sitting area, large driveway with snow removal provided, AC all summer long,

We split all utilities evenly (hydro, gas, water bi-monthly, internet, cleaner bi-monthly). Averages to roughly 100-150 a month.

Must love animals as there are 2 big dogs (golden retriever and a yellow lab) and 1 small cat live here. Animal hair is real.

420 friendly preferred as we all smoke

Looking for someone chill, independent but not against potential hang outs, nerdy/gamer types to the front of the line. Age range currently at the house is 25-35, young professional types. Open to just about anyone, long term preferred.

Current roomies are chill stoner types. I work late nights in the Market (I’m a manager at one of the clubs, potential perk if you’re into that sort of thing). We mostly keep to ourselves and are a couple of hermits. Not a party house, but not opposed to a good time here and there.
