This clean and quiet suite is in a quiet home located across the street from a bus stop. It is a large basement suite aprox 1000 square feet. The entrance and laundry is shared with one other female living in the home.

The new roommate must be female, quiet and a non smoker. No pets or alcohol or drugs welcome. For a single person only.
