This clean and quiet suite is in a quiet home located across the street from a bus stop. It is a large basement suite aprox 1000 square feet. The entrance and laundry is shared with two other female adults living in the home.

Two Mature roommates in the home currently. Maximum people living in the home is three adults. The new roommate must be female, quiet and a non smoker. No pets or alcohol or drugs welcome. For a single person only.
