The rent of the rooms I.e 1000 includes:

• 1 car parking Walking distance to bus station, Malls and groceries. Street: Lesbury Avenue Intersection: Kennedy rd and clearance st. Major intersection: Queen St. and Kennedy Road

No other roommates for now. These are 2 separate rooms with shared spaces. So it would depend who the housemate would be
