Private back entrance and shared front entrance with other units. Shared kitchen, dining, living room and bathroom. Price includes all utilities except for wifi. Price to be determined for wifi if wanting to share. Parking spaces available w plug in for $100 in back alley. Bus stops very close by. In unit laundry. Unit has heating and ac available.

Currently myself (wfh full time) and another girl (student and working part time) reside here. Would prefer a working professional or student. Need to be responsible with rent and clean up after yourself, and take part in cleaning shared spaces. Guests allowed in moderation. No parties (small gatherings ok). 1 male cat (fixed) in the home. We are allowed 1 more pet (cat and dog friendly, must be fixed and house trained) with a one time pet fee of $50. Prefer grown dog or cat/kitten, puppies will be considered.
