It’s a private room (11’ x 10’) in a 2 bedroom low-rise apartment and is fully furnished. You will be sharing the bathroom, living room and kitchen and must be able to walk up one flight of stairs as there is no elevator. The apartment is conveniently located in the Victoria Village area. Laundry facilities, convenience stores, shopping malls and restaurants are within walking distance and there is easy access to the TTC. Centennial College (Ashtonbee Campus) is a 30 minute walk. There is no parking. ID Verification and a Credit Check are required along with one of the following: Employment/Student Registration Letter; or Background Check

I’m looking for a mature, independent and responsible roommate who will respect the space and can be trusted to maintain the apartment while I’m away. When I’m home, I value my privacy and generally do my own thing. Smoking, vaping and pets are not allowed. Neither are sleep overs or parties.
