🌿 Room available in a cozy 2-bedroom apartment in Dundas West! The unit is on the 2nd floor of a house with a balcony off the living room 🌞, a shared backyard 🌳, and in-suite laundry 🧺. You’ll be sharing the space with me and my friendly cat 🐾, so you’ll get bonus cuddles too!

I’m the leaseholder and this would be off-lease month-to-month, but I’d love to find someone who wants to stay long term. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk to Dundas West TTC 🚇 and FreshCo 🛒, and 10 minutes to Bloor GO / UP Express 🚉 for quick trips to Union or straight to Pearson ✈️.

I’m pretty easygoing and understanding—I’m not a neat freak, but I do like keeping the common areas tidy 🧹 and appreciate when that’s shared. If you ever need some extra time with chores, no stress, I totally get it.

I live here with my cat 🐾, who’s super friendly with people but not great with other pets, so this home is best for someone without cats or dogs. I don’t smoke, but if you do, the balcony or backyard is fair game.
