Comfortable condo on a high floor with a nice view and spacious balcony. Renting a full room with private access to the main bathroom (I have my private in-suite bathroom).

Kitchen and living room are shared and already furnished. The building is 2 year old and the construction and appliances are fairly new.

There are amenities available in the building: Gym, dry sauna, outdoor pool, games room, art room, party room and TV lounge.

The area is being developed, there is a new park across the street and a leash-free dog park beside the building. There is a Sobey’s supermarket at walking distance and they are building a Longo’s supermarket even closer (opening fall 2025). There is a nearby commercial area in Queensway with restaurants, stores and there is an LCBO a couple blocks away. Cineplex is 10 minutes away walking.

I’m a separated single professional in my 40s. I consider myself an easygoing person and looking for someone similar, there is enough stress at work and the rest of adult life.

I work in technical sales and work from home 3 to 5 days a week.

I like to keep the condo clean and tidy, and this would be a shared responsibility with the person that joins the space.

Since the common spaces are shared, I would expect to develop a cordial and respectful relationship with a sense of community and understanding.
