Hello, I am seeking a wonderful new housemate to live in my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully renovated home in the Westcliffe West Neighbourhood. Unit is on the main floor of a renovated 1960s bungalow. Sky lights, hardwood floors, home is fully furnished with MCM, Antiques and modern finishes (Your room in unfurnished, can be furnished at extra cost). Granite counters, laundry, yard with deck and gardens.

Close to Westcliffe Mall, Farmboy, 4 minute walk to the Cheedoke Stairs and trail access. And 2 minute drive to the Linc and 403. Amazing location!

You: Must be kind, respectful, clean, non-smoker. Pets negotiable.

Me: Quiet 35 year old Secondary Educator. I enjoy working in the garden, hiking, paddle boarding, and going to visit family. I am very clean and do most of the work around the house, although of course looking for someone to help maintain a clean space. I have a small 9 year old dog who is very well behaved and will love to snuggle and greet you in the mornings. Sadly (But also happy for her!), my roommate of the past 3 years is moving in with her partner, end of an era! Would love to meet someone who can become a friend and enjoy a glass of wine or tea once in a while :) Not necessary, but sure does make living together better.

Rent is $1375, all inclusive. (Heat/Water/Hydro, AC)

We have a great tenant in the basement unit who is wonderful and quiet female police officer, with her own dog. Great company to keep!
