About the room

This is a condo on the 3rd floor, with a balcony that is pretty much useable all year if needed. I am looking for a roommate for the private room in the condo, the washroom is shared. I am happy to show the place in person.

About the roomies

I am looking for a female, working professional roommate that likes the company of their roommate or is willing to share a cup of coffee occasionally. I’m happy to host your friends in this space as long as we all respectfully share it & keep it clean. I’m in the SSW program at GBC, I’m only at the condo to do work, clean it & at the end of the night. I am allergic to cats/dogs so I can’t keep any pets even though I’d love too.
