Braedon's room

The property is a beautiful, bright basement suite in the Shaughnessy area. The room comes partly furnished (with a bed frame and a mattress) and the kitchen/dining room and living room are fully furnished (including, strangely, a piano which neither of us can play but maybe you can). It’s location is perfect for a student looking to live close to the university or someone who just likes the calm west coast vibes of Shaughnessy.

My name is Braedon and I am a 28-year-old student entering the MA in Germanic studies program at UBC in September. I like to read fiction, watch movies, and follow baseball. I’m quite outdoorsy and used to work as a canoe trip guide and outdoor educator in Toronto. I’m hoping to do some rowing this year and maybe get into pottery.

My roommate’s name is Imran and he is entering law school at Allard in the fall. In his spare time, he likes to read non-fiction and genre novels, watches basketball, and is a massive movie buff. He also writes scripts.
