Decently sized room, you’ll own closet and space. The house is a 10-minute walk to Metrotown and a short bus ride away to Brentwood. Very feline-filled neighbourhood (very good for cat lovers, though we have two cats already. There is plenty more in the neighbourhood.)

I’m quite a socialable person and will interact with you from time to time. I typically keep to myself as I do work (construction), so I’ll be tired more or less of the time. Nym (Non-Binary), they are quite similar to me. They’ll typically keep to themselves as well, but they’re home the majority of the time.
