Move in date very flexible anytime before September 20th. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo on the 15th floor. You have your own room and bathroom with a shower. We have a skyline of Toronto view with a big balcony, big kitchen and living room. Dryer and washer is in the apartment. Included in the condo building there is a full gym, hot tubs, pool, sauna, BBQ and other cool amenities. Good sized room with a big closet and huge glass windows. There is full security in the building and parking for an extra fee. You got access to everywhere with a fob. 3 minute walk from Sherbourne station. Lived here with my best friend for 2 years before this and we loved it. :)
