About the room
Room available in Mount Pleasant from September 1st in a 3 Bed 1 Bath Basement Suite located Broadway and St. Catherine’s. Looking for a long term tenant. The room can come unfurnished or can include a bed frame and actress if you’d like.
Rent is $900 ($450 deposit) which is inclusive of everything except WiFi (about $11 a month). We have a washer and dryer on the property as well as a dish washer. There is also a shed for storage and free street parking.
Property is a 10 minute walk to Main Street and a 15 Minute walk to Commercial Drive, a Save in foods is about 10 mins walk away. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby so lots to do. 9/99 bus lines run from just outside and the Commercial/Broadway SkyTrain is a 15 Minute walk or quick bus away. The property is very accessible to most parts of the city and you can get down town in less than 20 minutes.
About the roomies
You’ll be living with two other Irish lads in their late 20s both easy going and great housemates.
