The apartment is walking distance to grocery stores, bus stops, and offers a quick commute to downtown or University of Ottawa — perfect for students or young professionals. We’re looking for someone who can stay until August or longer.

You’ll be sharing the space with two respectful, easygoing roommates in their 20s: • Addis – Male, studying Business Management at Algonquin College, responsible leaseholder, works part-time, quiet, and values a clean and calm home. • Annabelle – Female, a University of Ottawa student, focused on studies, friendly, and clean.
