The apartment already has 1 more person on the lease so you would be having a roommate who you can renew the lease with next year if interested . Location is downtown 😊in the exchange district.

This building is called carriage works and it’s in the exchange district. There is a gym, shared laundry with 8 dryers and washers. Very safe with secure doors in the building. Its also pet friendly. Wifi and water included in rent, you just pay for hydro.
