• Appartement sur rue Garnier, 30 secondes de l’avenue Mont-Royal
• 10 mins de marche du métro Mont-Royal
• Prix total (1 795 $/mois) sera divisé entre nous deux. Je payerai plus (1 000 $) pour ma chambre puisque la vôtre est plus petite
• Votre chambre est très lumineuse (à cause de la grande fenêtre) et possède son propre balcon
• L’appartement (sauf votre chambre) est meublé
• Grand salon (les photos ne montrent pas la beauté de l’appartement)

Je cherche : quelqu’un dans les vingtaines ou début trentaines qui est sympa, propre, gentil(le) et calm(e) qui veut une colocation respectueuse et sympathique. Aucun homme cis-hétéro

• Les appareils sont inclus dans le prix : laveuse, sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, four et air climatisé central
• Internet (40 $/mois) et Hydro (75 $/mois) seront divisés entre nous deux
• Pas de chiens. Un chat permit mais doit respecter les autres chats

Private unfurnished room available for long-term rent in a 2-bedroom apartment (I’ll be your roommate)

• Apartment on rue Garnier, 30-second walk from Mont-Royal Ave
• 10-min walk from Mont-Royal metro
• The total rent price ($1,795/month) will be divided between us. I will pay more for my room than you ($1,000) since your room is smaller
• Your bedroom has lots of light (due to the big window) and its own balcony
• Apartment (except your room) is furnished
• Big living room (the photos really don’t do the apartment justice)

Looking for: someone aged 20 to 35 who’s a respectful, clean, kind and easy-going roommate who values a peaceful and friendly living space. No cis hetero men.

• Appliances included in the price: washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove, and central air conditioning
• Internet ($40/month) and Hydro ($75/month) will be split between us
• No dogs. One cat accepted, but must get along with other cats
