The apartment is fully furnished and located downtown in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything you need. Street parking is available for about $15/month (though I’ve never used it, I can help figure it out). The building itself is very peaceful, home to other working professionals, so no noisy neighbors.

I’m a full-time working professional, so weekdays are usually tied up with work, and some weekends I’m out and about. I’d love a roommate who’s easygoing, social, and open to chatting or hanging out when we’re both around. I think it’s always nicer sharing a place with good company rather than just living alongside a stranger.
