About the room
Your room is in a well maintained older home in a nice location in Regina. We are close to the airport and downtown. Bus access is nearby. You would have a private room and all other spaces (living room, bathroom and kitchen) would be shared. There is also laundry available onsite. It would be expected you would share in the cleaning duties of the shared spaces. The utilities are extra and shared between tenants.
About the roomies
We, the property owners do not live onsite. You would share this upstairs space with 2 other roomies. There is a self contained basement suite in this same house.
