This is sublet from October 11th 2025 to November 29th 2025 since I am traveling abroad.

One bedroom plus den with detached private bathroom in a two bedroom apartment for sublet.

Address is 70 Princess Street, Toronto.

Rent for the entire duration is $1300 which needs to be payed prior to signing sublet agreement.

There is another bedroom which is being used by a male tenant.

Gym and outdoor sitting amenities included. Internet and Hydro utilities included. Microwave, Oven, Stove, Dishwasher included.

I am looking for someone who is traveling to Toronto for tourism or work for a short while and looking for a place to stay. Should keep the place clean. No smoking and pets.
