The apartment is on the second floor of a 2 story house with lots of light, fully furnished, wifi included. Shared kitchen, living space and bathroom. No on-site laundry, but laundromat nearby. Shared entrance with first floor apartment.
The bedroom has a twin bed, side table, desk, chair and large closet.
The location is great. It’s at Coxwell and Gerrard St E. Easily accessible by TTC, you are so close to many amazing coffee shops, restaurants and independent stores on Gerrard and No Frills. A quick bike ride down to the beach.
About the roomies
