Roommate wanted. 3 bedroom apartment on Alwood way, SW. Main floor with back deck. $850 a month all Utilities included. Internet is also included in the rent. Fully furnished and shared kitchen which is fully outfitted. Bedroom has a brand new Queens bed, bring your own bedding or I can lend you one. Zero tolerance for drug use.

Only biological females please as the other occupants are female.

No pets please.

Room available September 15 but we can arrange early move in for up to 1 week with no additional charges.

Sucessful applicants will be invited to view the room and we can go through a bit of an interview.

We are a mother/ daughter duo. Mum attends university at Macewan while daughter is a first year student at the University of Alberta. We both drive and are able to assist with free rides downtown or to the transit station if our schedules match yours.
