Burke Mountain. Looking for a roommate to take over the second room. Available September 1, 2025 My roommate is moving out and is starting their own adventure. Of the two rooms available, you will be using the bigger room. It’s unfurnished, you will need to bring your own furniture. In suite washer available. The basement is located approx. 3 minute walk away from the 191 bus which takes you past Douglas College, Coquitlam Mall, and down to the skytrain. There’s street parking available if you drive. There’s a wide range of nature parks, schools, shoppers drug mart, banks, all within a 2 minute drive. To access Coquitlam centre is about a 7 minute car drive or 15-20 minute bus ride. It’s a private entrance, you will receive a code, keys and fob to access the unit. The back yard has lots of space to lounge outside or have a small picnic. You will have access to all the shared spaces including the TV, you will have access to my subscriptions, internet, heating are included in rent. You will have shared space with the refrigerator. Please note, I have a Boston terrier and 11 month old kitten. You must be comfortable living with animals. If you have a pet, please let me know and we can assess if your pets are comfortable with mine. Asking rent:$ 1000 for everything, except your groceries. Includes all the subscriptions currently available (rent for basement total is $2050 for 2 BR + TV room + 1BTH unit). No negotiations. This is a basement suite; as such you are renting half the space, not just the room itself. Please inform me if you need furniture for the room, as presently there is nothing furnished but can be upon request

I have a Boston terrier and 1 year old cat. I work Monday to Friday 9-5. I’m usually out most weekends with my pup on adventures. I’m fairly quiet and keep to myself. I enjoy movies and good food; which is often how I spend my Friday nights.
