The house is located near shopping centres, mill wood transit centre , grey nuns hospital and the Rec centres. Easy access to 50th street , Whitemud and the Henday. Bus stop is at 3 min walking distance. Smoking and drugs will not be tolerated. And sorry no pets. Minimum 4 months lease and then month to month rent !
