I have a room in a house by Humber Lakeshore for rent. Utilities are included. There is no lease, only month to month agreement.

I am buying and organizing the furnishings once I find the right person. Here are two examples from the other room that is the same size.

I am looking for someone who does not cause problems, does not smoke or vape, is working and clean.

You must be comfortable with cats and a dog. First and last are required as a deposit to hold the room.
