A group of 3 international african descent students - some work and study – is looking for another student to share the 1st floor of a house.

We take our studies seriously and we are looking for the same type of students. This is not a party place. If you are looking for a party house, you knocked at the wrong door. Look elsewhere!

There are rules, such as take turns at cleaning, respect people, no smoking, no drugs, etc.

Available now.

Included: high speed internet, electricity, heat, water and hot water.

Furnished: bed, linen, dresser, night table, desk, chair.

Kitchen equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans.

Coin operated washer and dryer in the basement ($6 to wash and dry one load of clothes).

Walking distance to grocery shopping, pharmacy, banks, restaurants and fast-food places.

To the nearest train station (St Laurent station): 8 minutes by bus #7.

To: Le Collège la Cité (promenade de l’Aviation Campus): 25 min walk or 15 min by bus (one bus only).

To: Le Collège la Cité (Orleans Campus): 50 min (2 buses)

To Ottawa University: 30 min (one bus and one train).

To Carleton University: 60 min (1 or 2 buses).

To Algonquin College: 60 min (2 buses and 1 train).

No party. No smoking. No pets.

Note: we had a bed bug issue in 2018 and 2020. We also had cockroaches issue in 2022. The entire place was professionally exterminated. Since then, we no longer had issues. I encourage you to do some research about these insects if you are not familiar with them. If you come from a place that has those insects any other bugs, please let me know.
