Lakewood Drive

The room is in a renovated older character house built in 1908, near the Commercial Drive area of Vancouver. The room is bright and 145 square feet in size, with a bed, dresser, and small side table. It is on the ground level, so no views.

The current occupants are a woman in her 40s and two men, one who is retired in his 70s and the second who works in the film industry. I keep a room in the house but I am only there for a few weeks over the year, for instance a couple of weeks in the spring and again in the summer. The house is most suitable to older people or mature students.
