A happy and homey townhouse with an available bright private bedroom on the top floor that has a connecting door to a bathroom with a shared shower. Your room is the one in the photos with the bunk bed, but the bunk bed has been replaced with a full bed… room photos yet to be updated. (Sorry if you were excited for a bunk bed.) Calm neighbourhood with lots of pretty places nearby for walking or biking… nothing is far away from Central Park! Utilities included (heat/central air/internet/water/hydro) Move-in date and length of stay are quite flexible. There’s a kitchen (new dishwasher and air fryer/lovely fridge, stove and microwave/island, good counter space and so many cupboards), balcony-adjoined living area with TV (also used for gaming), secondary living area in downstairs den with washer/dryer, second half bathroom, unfinished basement and small enclosed gated backyard. Good vibes laid-back lads are welcome here with me and my super loving pair of cats. We’re all pretty happy here in our music-loving guy cave and cat café :)
