Great room facing the street. Quaint town house with one parking spot available. Located near the Barrhaven Costco. Easy access to public transportation and or the 416. You would share one fridge with one other tenant. Master bedroom has their own in the kitchen. Pantry space is equally divided with a full-size extra cabinets in the living room in the photos.
Wall patches are being repainted to match original room colour. Utilities will be included as-well as high speed internet. 1 parking spot available.
No smoking or vaping in the home.
Basement has a heavy weight punching bag and a fold up treadmill that are available for responsible usage.
Kitchens has shared pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls and cutlery. If you want to bring your own you can.
About the roomies
Female roomie in the other room next to this one. Is friendly and kind.
Master bedroom is used by the home owner. I am a 24 year old Electrician. I like meal preping and working out. I spend most of my time in the house in my room or in the kitchen. Currently looking at getting a multipurpose work out machine setup in the basement then I can cancel my gym membership.
Household is usually quiet. We do not frequently have guests but feel free to have some over. Hope they are cool.
