About the roomies
I am a delightfully happy friendly vibrant senior who loves chatting with people, singalongs, weeding and attending my day program. I am looking for a kind, caring roommate to share my renovated house with - someone who doesn’t mind listening to my fascinating but repetitive stories of my life in the Philippines, coming to Canada and eventually working on the railroad, as I do have a bad memory (gone with the wind, as I like to say!). Lucky for me (and my daughter who helps manage my care), my bad memory doesn’t affect my sunny disposition and I always take everything in stride with a smile.
During the week, I am out of the house attending my day program for most of the day and puttering around the house, watching tv or doing my Word Searches on weekends.
