There is a cat in the house, but unfortunately, we cannot have more animals as that cat would not be accepting of others. Bedroom being rented is on the main floor no other sleeping rooms on this floor. Smoking outside only. Cannabis friendly.

Quiet adults in our 50s. Non drinking. This can be a great spot to hang your hat for the right person. All of our roommates previously have stayed between three and five years.
