Beckett Crescent

There are two parking spaces out front, and the bus stop is in walking distance. The room isn’t huge but it comes with a closet and a queen bed frame/side table. Its a 10’ x 8’ room with a carpet floor, the room faces the backyard, which isn’t fenced, and is across from the shared bathroom. The house is a 2bath, 3bed, laundry in the basement.

Im listening the house with my friend, we moved here for school. We are both pretty chill, okay to leave you to your own devices or hang out. As long as you’re good with cleaning up after yourself and respecting shared spaces, everything will be pretty much fine. We have a cat, a puppy, and a gerbil. We will allow cats and any small pets, but wont accept anymore dogs.
