Bedroom upstairs with a shared bathroom. There’s living room, dining room and shared kitchen on the main floor. Access to patio on the back of house as well.

There is a friendly cat in the house.

I am respectful, kind and considerate and looking for the same in a roommate. I keep the house tidy and expect someone to keep up that standard. I’m a good communicator and understanding person so if there are issues just speak with me and I’m sure we can come to a mutual understanding. We do not have to be friends but we must respect each other.
