There is a main floor living room and finished rec room in basement to create a second space for hanging out. The 1 available bedroom can either be provided as furnished or unfurnished to one person.

House is furnished but there is space should you have some of your own furniture. The house comes with stove, fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher, central A/C, Microwave.

House has fenced in backyard with no rear neighbors. Located on a quiet street within easy walking distance to Fallowfield Transitway Station. Parking on street or parking can be arranged for additional fee Nepean,ON, K2J 4E2, Canada Rent is $750 per month + your share of utilities. Water, hydro, gas, internet First and last months rent is required up front. Additionally, there is a $150 deposit for utilities required. Will consider individuals 20-40 years old that are employed or full-time students. No smoking in the house.
