About the room
I just moved into a incredible and spacious 5 ½ located in the Mile End, and I’m looking for a roommate. This is a typical Montreal flat with high ceilings, hardwood floors and lots of charm. Two bedrooms are separated by a third room that will serve as an office and photo studio. Large balcony accessible from the kitchen. Plenty of storage space and a dedicated pantry and laundry area. 900$/month + heat & hydro. Parking spot included. I purchased a refrigerator, cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer for the flat from the previous tenant, but otherwise the flat is unfurnished, giving you the opportunity to make it a nice place! The room has a bed and a closet, but otherwise unfurnished.
About the roomies
À propos de moi, je suis étudiant en gestion hôtelière au Collège LaSalle et je travaille à l’Hôtel Montréal dans le Vieux-Port. J’adore le jiu-jitsu et la photographie. Je recherche quelqu’un qui ne se prend pas trop au sérieux, qui est propre et détendu. La priorité sera évidemment donnée à quelqu’un qui souhaite participer à l’ameublement de l’appartement !
About me, I’m a hotel management student in LaSalle College and work at the L’Hotel Montreal in the Old Port, I love jiu jitsu and photography. Looking for someone who doesn’t take himself too seriously, who’s clean and chill, I intend to slowly furnish the whole apartment but obvious priority will be given to someone interested in participating in the furnishing of the apartment! Cats are welcome
