Looking for a Roommate - Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment in North York

Unfurnished bedroom. Spacious apartment. Shared kitchen and bathroom with one other roommate (myself). Located on 401 and Leslie. Close to Oriole GO train station. The closest TTC is Leslie. The two bus lines with stops right around the corner are: 51 and 115. Parking spots may be arranged with management for additional cost but there is usually some street parking available. Unit is facing towards a small park and has a lovely balcony. Quiet complex and neighborhood.

Rent is 1322.5 plus 1/2 of electricity and internet. Water and heat is included in the rent. Central AC. Individual controls in each room. Laundry in building. Complex has a pool and a sauna.

About the roomies

Looking for someone to share the space with and do the odd thing with - not plain utilitarian. I have a 6yo dog and it’s important to me you get along with her. I love all things outdoors. Finding nice coffee shops and places to eat and going through thrift stores and record stores are some of my favorite things to do in town.
