The house is located on a quiet 10-acre property along the North River in Severn for a hiking, biking and kayaking enthusiast, with easy access to Highway 11 or West Street Orillia. Grocery stores (including Costco, No Frills, Canadian Tire), restaurants, and other local amenities located within minutes. It is less than a 15-minute drive to Lakehead University or Georgian College campuses, making it an ideal location for students and professionals alike.

Ideal candidate is quiet, respectful and clean. One of two bedrooms is availabe for rent, while the other will be kept as a shared den/office environment. The roomie can take their pick of which room to use as a bedroom.
