A second-floor bedroom is available for rent in my house in North Maple, near the intersection of Keele Street and Kirby Road (halfway between Vaughan and Richmond Hill). The house is just steps away from the entrance to North Maple Regional Park, one of the largest parks in Vaughan.

The room is 10’4” x 10’2” (a bit more than 100 sqft), with a window and ample space for a bed, a desk, and a chair. It also includes a closet for your clothes and belongings.

In the photos I have included basic furniture, but if you prefer to bring your own furniture, the room can be rented unfurnished.

The price is $1050 per month or best offer. If you want the room unfurnished, I can reduce the rent by $50 per month.

The second-floor bathroom is shared between this bedroom and one other bedroom on the same floor. There are also two additional washrooms available for use on the first floor and in the basement, in case the upstairs bathroom is occupied.

Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are provided in the basement. In addition, the following common areas are included: Kitchen, Living room with TV, Dining room, Backyard access, and another common room with fireplace on the second floor.

Parking is available in the driveway. If not driving, there is a bus stop right outside, served by YRT route 96 (Keele-Yonge) which goes south every half-hour to York University, the TTC subway, and the Maple GO train station.

There are currently two people living in the house: one housemate in the other second-floor bedroom, and myself (the owner).

I have a dog that lives with me part-time, so I would prefer renters with pet experience. If you are a pet owner too, you are welcome to rent here.

Myself the owner (33M) and one other male roommate. I have a dog that lives with me part of the time. My dog stays in my room unless he is on a leash.
