This is a shared property.I am looking for a mature Female roommate. In the Bannerman community This is a private room and a space for a living room if you would like. The room is not furnished. There is also a small back yard and porch to relax on and have a morning coffee or tea. This home is a 10 minute walk to the river valley trails and on a major bus route with access to Clairview LRT station. Must be clean and tidy. No smoking/ vaping inside. Absolutely no drugs or Alcohol in the home as well. All utilities included. No pets. Must have a steady income References are required.
About the roomies
The only other person living there is myself. I am private and home is always a calm relaxing place to be. I stay pretty busy and I am very easy going.
