Living in the heart of the Exchange District, on the top floor with very high ceilings and with east facing windows. Loft style room with central air and heat, brick outer wall, access to a large kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher and a spacious fridge. I have an air-fryer, toaster oven and regular toaster to be used as well. If you have your own appliances, let me know and we can make space.

There is a large pantry to be shared, ample cupboard space and a kitchen closet. The bathroom is spacious with a big mirror and great lighting, a soaker tub and detachable shower head. In-suite laundry and water included. The building is well maintained and the neighbours are awesome. Walking distance to shops, convenience stores, restaurants, a thrift store, pubs and more! Many nearby bus routes. Furniture setup subject to change, living space is shared. Loft style room can be modified for extra privacy! Can also be partially furnished, just let me know what you need and I could try to obtain items for you.

You will have your own room with barn doors, in a 2 bedroom apartment. You will be sharing living spaces, kitchen and bathroom with just me, a 24 year old woman of mixed heritage. I own two large breed dogs; a 1 year old mastiff puppy, and a 3 year old shepherd mix, both very friendly but the bigger one is scared easily by people and loud noises which we’re working on, a couple friendly cats and a few enclosed reptiles. My partner spends a fair amount of time with me at my apartment when he’s not in uni or working. Property management is very responsive and personable.
