Bedroom available for rent. Location: between Holy Trinity High School and Rec. centre. 2mins drive from Tim Hortons and 2mins drive from Norfolk General hospital. All utilities included in rent per room. Share bathroom and kitchen. Rooms are not furnished. I’m the owner/landlord, and will also be living in the property. Single occupancy. No sharing. No smoking, drugs, vape, or use of cannabis. Application process will require a Credit check and background check. References will also be required. First and last’s month rent is required before move-in. Looking for clean and respectful quiet individuals. Mature students or working professionals preferred. Everyone is quite clean and keeps to themselves. Very good environment. Never any noise or issues, everyone gets along with each other.
